宋代社会治理研究

宋代是中国社会形态发生巨大变化的时期,其政治﹑社会﹑经济生活迥异于唐代以前的朝代。宋代统治者在立国初期,面对社会结构重组、城市人口流动、弱势群体救济等社会问题,及时做出政策调整,为构建宋初的社会治理体系奠定了基础。此外,重建民间自治组织、调整新兴社会阶层之间的关系、鼓励私学等举措取得很大成效,进一步体现了宋代统治集团的社会治理能力,完善了宋代社会治理模式。

Research on the Social Governance in the Song Dynasty

Great changes had taken place in the Song Dynasty and the political,social,and economic life were quite different from the Tang Dynasty. The rulers at the beginning of the Song Dynasty were confronted with the social structure change,city population flow,the disadvantaged social relief and other issues. They timely made adjustments in policies,gradually formed its own system of social governance. In addition,the measures of reconstructing the folk autonomous organization,adjusting the relations of emerging social strata,attaching great importance to the education and encouraging private initiatives all exposed its society running ability and improved the social governance mode of the Song Dynasty.
