不同历史时期人们对黄河流域典型旅游景观资源的开发与保护初探

在不同的历史时期,黄河流域自然和人文景观旅游文化资源的开发和保护各有侧重。先秦时期,在旅游文化资源的开发和保护方面主要奉行的是儒道朴素的顺其自然、天人合一、注重保护的理念。秦汉时期,对旅游文化资源的开发主要体现在封禅设施的建设、苑囿的建设等方面,那时还建立了相应的管理制度。魏晋南北朝至唐宋时期,佛教受到统治者的重视,因此无论是自然景观还是人文景观,在开发的过程中都被打上了佛教文化的烙印,例如泰山石刻、石窟类旅游文化景观等;另外,在开发方面,其管理制度逐步健全。明清时期,由于对黄河流域的过度开垦,黄土景观逐渐呈现。

A Study of the Development and Protection of Tourism Culture Resources in the Yellow River Basin in Different Historical Periods

Different emphasis had been put on the protection and development of the natural and humane tourism cultural resources in the Yellow River basin in different historical periods. In the pre-Qin period Confucianism and Taoism had formed simple ideas of natural protection of the tourism cultural resources,i. e. letting nature take its course,harmonizing the nature and the humankind,and paying attention to the protection of environments. In the Qin and Han Dynasties,the development of tourism culture resources had been focused on the establishment of the corresponding management system. In the Wei-Jin,and the Southern and Northern Dynasties,and the Tang and the Song Dynasties,the development of the tourism culture resources had been deeply branded a mark of the Buddhism culture. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,due to the needs of tourists and the excessive reclamation in the Yellow River basin,the loess landscape gradually came into being.
