| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原与HbeAg及HBV-DNA的关系．分析前S1抗原在临床诊断乙型肝炎病毒复制中的作用．方法：采用ELISA法检测前S1抗原，化学发光法检测乙肝五项指标，PCR法检测HBV-DNA．结果：400例HBV—DNA阳性的乙肝患者中，HbeAg阳性率为86．0％，前S1抗原阳性率为75．5％．其中：前S1抗原阳性率在HbeAg阳性患者中为75．6％、在抗-HBe阳性患者中为75．0％．HBV-DNA阳性情况下，Hbe鲰阳性与HbeAg阴性患者的前S1抗原阳性率，两组经χ^2检验，P〉0．05，无统计学差异．结论：前S1抗原是诊断乙肝病毒复制的有价值的一项血清学指标．

| Abstract: | Objective：To stundy the correlation of PreS1-Ag with HBeAg and HBV-DNA, evaluate the role of PreS1-Ag in clinical diagnosis of HBV replication. Methods：PreS1-Ag in sera were detected by ELISA; HBV-M were detedted by MEIA; HBV-DNA were detected by PCR. Results：In 400 patients of Hepatitis B virus infection, the positive rates of HBeAg and PreS~-Ag were 86.0% and 75.5%, respectively; In the HBeAg positive patient, the positice rate of PreS1-Ag was 75.6%, and in anti-HBe positive patient, the positive rate of PreS1-Ag was 75.0%. There were no significant difference between them （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Pre-S1 is a valuably serological marker for HBV replication. |
