| 摘 要： | 社会公平是和谐社会的基本准则,教育公平是社会公平的重要基石。而教育不公平却已成为我国当前一个比较突出的社会问题。我们应当树立“第一责任人”的意识,采取一切措施以促进教育公平,从而实现建立和谐社会的战略目标。
