| 摘 要： | 对一引进卷绕张力控制系统存在的问题进行了分析，提出了卷径检测及卷径扰动补偿的张力控制新方法，并介绍了按此方法研制的装置结构．试验证明，该装置对解决系统的故障起了重要作用．

| Abstract: | The tension control of a winding system for an imported vacuum film-plating machine is discussed.A new method for the reel diameter measurement and the tension control to compensate for the diameter fluctuation is presented.The construction of a prototype device developed is described.Test results show that the device plays an important role in the troubleshooting for the tension control system. |
