| 摘 要： | 大学新生心理健康状况不容乐观。通过对大连民族学院新生的调查,了解到大学新生中存在的一些心理困惑,受社会、家庭、学校和自身等多种因素影响。可通过课堂教学、建立心理健康档案、建立高素质心理辅导队伍、建立咨询中心。开展团体心理辅导、以及营造良好的校园文化氛围等方式予以解决。

| Abstract: | Freshmen's psychological health in universities allows of no optimism. Through studying the psychology of freshmen in Dalian Nationalities University, the paper points out that freshmen have some psychological problems which are closely related with such factors as society,family,university,etc.These can be solved by classroom teaching,keeping psychological health files,forming high-quality psychological consultation teams,setting up consulting centre to popularize psychological knowledge,having group psychological consultation and building good culture atmosphere on campus. |
