| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了电子期刊的功能和特点，分析了电子期刊对传统期刊工作的影响，提出了新形势下图书馆期刊工作的发展策略，包括改变期刊管理模式、利用网络实现资源共享、提高读者服务质量和造就一支新型的期刊管理人员队伍。
