| 摘 要： | 选用双螺杆挤出制备淀粉与水及甘油的共混物,研究增塑剂对热塑性淀粉塑料(TPS)的影响,同时研究了淀粉颗粒及含水量对材料的影响以及增塑剂和熔体温度对淀粉塑料流变行为的影响。实验表明,水及甘油可以作为淀粉的增塑剂,改善淀粉的加工性能。

| Abstract: | Water and glycerol are used as plasticizers in order to prepare thermoplastic starches, and their influences on the process ability are studied. The starch granulates are prepared by extruding the premixes with a twin-screw extruder. As a result, the TPS is a function of water and glycerol content. The influence of water content, water absorption, water desorption and granulate size on TPS are also examined. |
