蔬菜中亚硝酸盐提取及测定条件的优化

摘    要:文章优化了亚硝酸盐提取和测定的最佳条件,采用重氮化偶合法对蔬菜中亚硝酸盐含量进行测定。结果表明,最佳提取温度为70℃,最佳提取时间为45 min,显色时间为15 min。该方案的线性范围为0~0.3 mg/L,线性相关系数r=0.999,标准偏差为0.012168,回收率为94.6%~104%的亚硝酸钠含量。

Abstract:In this paper, the best condition of extraction and determination is optimized. Determination of nitrite in vegetables is made by diazotization coupling. The results show that: the optimal extraction temperature is 70℃, the best extraction time is 45 min, chromogenic time is 15 min. The linear range is 0 ~ 0.3 mg/L, the linear correlation coefifcient r=0.999, the standard deviation is 0.012168, the recovery rate of nitrite content is 94.6%~104%.
