摘    要:目前农村寄宿制小学已成为国家实施义务教育阶段的一种主要办学模式,国家相关政策和法律也不断在完善,农村寄宿制小学的建设得到社会的广泛关注。文章通过对文山壮族苗族自治州6所农村寄宿制小学教师工作现状进行调查,提出完善边疆民族地区农村寄宿制小学师资队伍建设的相应对策。

Research on Teachers’ Present Work Status in Rural Boarding Primary Schools and Countermeasures

Abstract:Nowadays, rural boarding primary schools have become the main mode of compulsory education in China, relevant policies and laws have been improved constantly and their developments gain wider publicity. The paper presents corresponding countermeasures to improve the construction of teaching staff based on a survey of 6 boarding primary schools in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Nationalities Autonomous Prefecture.
