重点高中班主任班级观念的实证研究

以班级活动作为考察的切入点，我设计了面向班主任、学生、班长的三个问卷，辅以各种文献，对重点中学班主任的班级观念、班主任对班级活动的现实选择、影响其观念和现实选择的控制因素等进行了分析。结果表明，班主任的班级观念在三个指标上（班级目标定向、管理的民主程度、对学生社会交往需要活动的宽容程度）相对较高，表现了其教育观念现代化的巨大可能；观念的几个指标之间存在较大的不一致，表明许多班主任缺乏清晰的教育哲学，教育实践还处在经验水平；观念与对班级活动的现实选择之间也存在较大差异，说明源于人才选择机制的学校评价机制是重要的控制因素，班主任在理想与现实之间循现实原则行事。

A Demonstration Research on Form Master's Cognition of Class in Stress Middle Schools

I begin my research at class activities.I made three bables of questionnaires to form masters,students and class monitors.Through them and other data I have collected,I made a complete study about form masters'cognition of class,their attitude towards students'activities,and so on.From the rescarch I find:that the asked form masters show a high class cognition level and discordance among three aspects of class cognition,and discordance between the cognition and actual choice of students'activities.
