| 摘 要： | 介绍了传统的个人知识管理及其流程,探讨了在Web1.0环境中所遇到的瓶颈问题,立足于Web2.0环境,分析了个人知识管理流程的各个阶段如何实现的方法,包括使用的工具和方式等,阐述了Web2.0对个人知识管理的重要意义及其给个人知识管理带来的挑战.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the traditional personal knowledge management(PKM)and its process,probes into some bottleneck problems under Web1.0,and standing on Web2.0,analyzes the methods for implementing the PKM in each stage of PKM process including the used tools and models,and expounds the important significance of Web2.0 on the PKM and the challenges brought about by Web2.0 to the PKM. |
