| 摘 要： | 本文对利用两类材料实现彩色薄膜电致发光显示的新途径进行了初步研究，其中包括含三基色成份的无机类ＺｎＳ：ＰｒＦｌ３白光材料和器件及能得到绿光和黄光的有机类８－Ａｌｑ材料和器件，并对它们的光学和电学性能分别进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The new way to attain color TFEL display using two kinds of materials in-cluding white TFEL of ZnS:Pr31and color organic TFEL with double structure was pre-liminary studied.The white EL emission of ZnS:PrFe contains red.green and blue com-positions,so the color display may be attained by using organic color filter.The green andyellow EL emissions were respectively obtained from organic TFEL divices with pure8-Alq and doped 8-Alq luminescent layers. |
