布鲁塞尔会议始末与中国外交

七七事变后，在中国政府多次催促之下，国联决定在布鲁塞尔召开旨在解决中日战争问题的九国公约国会议。文章在探讨该会议来龙去脉的基础上，着重叙述西方大国对中日战争问题所持的实际态度，并具体分析中国政府对此所采取的外交策略和外交活动以及该策略、活动所取得的实际成效。

The Beginning and End of the Conference in Brussels and China diplomacy

After the July 7 Incident, the League of Nations, pressed by the government of China time after time, decided to convene the conference among the Nine-Nations Pact to resolve the war between China and Japan in Brussels. On the base of discussing the context of the conference, this paper lays stress on the depiction about the actual attitude of the west great powers, and analyzes the diplomatic policy and activities which the Chinese government took and the actual effects that these policy and activities acquired.
