摘    要:以钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,氯化锌溶液为掺杂剂,采用超声分散法制备了含锌的二氧化钛光催化剂.并采用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)对产品进行了表征.同时研究了不同影响因素对苯酚去除率的影响.结果表明,焙烧温度为500℃,锌掺杂量r(Zn∶Ti)=0.01,催化剂的最佳投加量为2 g/L光催化性最好.

Abstract:Zn doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst were prepared via ultrasonic dispersion method.Tetrabutyl titanate was main raw material,zinc chloride solution was a doping agent.The structure and morphology of the as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).At the same time,the different influence factors on the removal efficiency of phenol were studied.When calcinations temperature was 500 ℃,the amount of zinc doped r(Zn∶ Ti) was 0.01,catalyst dosage was 2 g/ L,the photocatalysis was optimum.
