| 摘 要： | 随着糖尿病发病率逐年上升,糖尿病已成为全球性卫生保健问题.糖尿病慢性并发症是糖尿病患者致残和死亡的主要原因.葛根素是中药葛根的主要活性成分之一,近年来其治疗糖尿病及并发症的研究日益广泛和深入,就葛根素对糖尿病常见并发症的药理作用和机制进行综述.

| Abstract: | With the increase of its incidence,diabetes has become a global health care issue.Chronic diabetes complications are considered the main reason causing disability and mortality of diabetic.Puerarin is one of the main active ingredients of radix puerariae and studied extensively and deeply on treating diabetes and its complications.This paper summarized the pharmacological effects and mechanism of puerarin on diabetes complications. |
