硼铝共渗试验及机理

摘    要:以膏剂法,液体法硼人渗对多种钢材进行试验,应用光镜,X射线衍射,扫描电镜及电子探针检测,确认不论膏剂或液体共渗法,合金均可依共渗剂中不同硼铝成分的配比得3种类型的硼人渗层,研究了影响了渗层厚度,结构及性能的因素及机理,结果表明,1,2类共渗层耐磨,耐氧化及耐蚀性高,优于单元渗硼,而第3类共渗层耐磨性较差,耐热性较高,3种类型的硼铝共渗层脆性皆比单元渗硼小,硬法测定为0-1级。

Abstract:This paper deals with the experimental results of borons-aluminizing onto several kinds of steel with paste agent and hot dipping. The phase constitution of the diffusion layers are examined with optical microscope, x-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and electron microprobe. Three kinds of B-Al diffusion layer are obtained according to the different B / Al ratio. Factors which affect the thickness, structure and properties of the diffusion layers have been investigated and the mechanism is also discussed. It is shown that the wear resistance,anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance of the first tWo kinds of layers are slightly better than those of boronning. The wear resistance of the third kind of layer is relatively poor but the heat resistance is quite good. The brittleness of all three kinds of layers are determined as 0-1 grade.
