| 摘 要： | 聚合物固体酸催化合成丙烯酸双酯具有产物纯化工艺简单、产率高的优点。实验中合成了以交联酚醛树脂为载体的固体酸，探讨了酚醛摩尔比，浓硫酸用量对催化活性的影响。发现苯酚：甲醛：浓硫酸＝1：0．70：0．8，该催化剂对丙烯酸酯化反应有较好的催化活性。固体酸重复使用五次，丙烯酸的转化率仍可达到91％。

| Abstract: | Synthesis of acrylates with solid acids as catalyst is characterized by purity of product,simple technique and high productivity.The paper introduces the synthesis of solid acids with the sulfonic cross-linking phenol-aldhyde as carrier.It also analyzes the effect of the ratio of phenol to aldchycle and the amount of sulfuric acid on the catalytic activity. |
