A Research on the Green Transformation System in Resource-based Cities

With Chinas entry into WTO and gradually speed up the pace of economic globalization, the challenge for the resource - based cities is more and more large and the transformation problem of the cities is widely concerned. This paper takes system of resource - based cities as the breakthrough point and built the three - dimensional structure model of green transformation system of resource - based cities through reason subject and goal. Besides, this paper analyzes the practical significance of the green transformation system to ensure the sustainable development of resource - based cities.
