Optimum Design of the Training Projects Aiming at Spring Enrollments of Civil Engineering Specialty in Local Colleges and Universities

To adapt to the new situation under which local colleges and universities are entitled to enroll new students after taking the College Entrance Examination held in spring, this paper puts forward the guiding rules, basic principles and course systems for revising training projects for spring enrollments of civil engineer- ing specialty in local colleges and universities, taking into account the characteristics of these new enrollments and the educational aims of the local colleges and universities. This new thinking will provide helpful basis and references for training project revising work in local colleges and universities who admit spring enrollments.
