中小企业培训风险原因分析及防范对策——以泰安市为例

当前,中小企业员工培训工作总体处于高风险、低效率状态,员工对企业培训工作满意度较低.以山东泰安市为例,针对当前中小企业培训现状,分析培训风险存在的主要原因,提出规避培训风险的措施：提高培训风险防范意识、注重培训需求分析、促进培训成果的顺利转化、设计系统完善的培训方案、构筑良好的外部环境.

At present, the staff training in the Tai＇ann small and medium - sized enterprise is at high risk with low effieiency. The staff has low job satisfaction with the enterprise training. Combining with the current situation of the small and medium - sized enterprise training, the author analyzes the main reasons for the training risk. On this basis, the author puts forward some relevant measures to avoid the training risks, including ： improving awareness of the training risk prevention, paying attention to training needs analysis, prompting safely transformation of the raining results, designing the systematic and delicate training programs, designing a good external environment and so on.
