镀液流速对复合电沉积的影响

摘    要:通过对Ag-MoS_2复合镀层在氰化物镀液中电沉积的研究,定量测定了镀液流速、微粒在镀液巾的悬浮量以及阴极电流密度对MoS_2微粒与Ag共沉积的影响。发现复合镀层中MoS_2含量是镀液流速、微粒悬浮量及电流密度的函数,并由此提出了能比较满意地反映在该复合共沉积体系中微粒共沉积量与镀液流速、微粒悬浮量和电流密度间关系的数学模型。

Abstract:The effects of the flow velocity of electroplating solution, the amount of particles suspended in the plating bath and cathodic current den sity on the co-deposition of MoS_2 particles with Ag were determined quantitatively in the investigation of electrodeposition of Ag-MoS_2 composite coatings from cyanide bath. It was found that the content fo MoS_2 particles in the composite coatings resulted is a function of the flow velocity of solution the suspension amount of particles in the bath and the cathodic current density. A mathematical model being capable of describing fairly satisfactorily the dependence of the codeposition of particles on the flow velocity of the solution, the suspension amount of particles in the bath and the current density of cathode was thus proposed.
