| 摘 要： | 根据精英高等教育与大众化高等教育的区别，提出将企业生产产品的质量保障体系引入大众化高等教育质量保证体系。在国际标准化质量体系下，促使大众化高等教育的质量稳定发展，可以解决当前高教规模快速发展与质量保证之间的矛盾。

| Abstract: | According to the differences between the elite education and popularization education, this paper holds that the enterprise product quality indemnity system should be introduced into education popularization quality indemnity system. which can bring out smooth progress of the higher education popularization in our country according to the ISSO 9001 quality indemnity items in order to settle the big problem existed in the present relationship between high speed enlarging of the scale of higher education and the higher education quality ensuring. |
