气体红外激光光声光谱的研究

摘    要:本文对气体红外激光光声光谱的理论进行探讨,并以分子运动论的物理模型对气体光声信号进行推导。为了提高气体光声系统灵敏度,设计了亥姆霍兹共振光声池,并作了实验验证,其实验数据与理论值基本相符。对乙烯、苯、甲醇、二氯甲烷、氨等微量气体进行了实验检测,得到了它们的光声光谱。实验结果证明,我们建立的气体红外激光光声光谱装置,可对痕量气体进行检测。为大气污染的检测提供了一种先进的高灵敏而又可靠的检测方法。

Abstract:This paper discusses the theory of gas infrared laser photoacoustic spectroscopy(GILPS).The deducing of the gas photoacoustic is based on the physical model of molecular motion theory.In order to increase detection sensitivity a Helmholtz resonant photoacoutic cell has been designed and established.The experimental result of Helmholtz resonator is agreed with its design.The GILPS system has been applied to detect trace gases such as C_2H_2,C_6H_6,CH_2Cl_2, NH_3,CH_3OH etc.included in atmosphere and these photoacoustic spectroscopy are shown. The experimental result has shown that the established system of GILPS measnrement installation is advanced highly sensitive and reliable to detect trace gases.It can be provided for the monitoring of atmosphere enviroment pollution.
