现阶段我国全民健身运动现状与对策研究

文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、调查法,对我国全民健身运动的现状进行研究和比较,结果表明：目前我国全民健身运动开展中存在体育人口的年龄结构呈现＂两端高,中间低＂的特点、健身意识淡薄、政府的投入欠缺、体育指导员培养力度不够、负荷强度的控制等问题.提出加强对全民健身运动的宣传引导;以科学发展观为依据构建场地设施;扩大社会体育指导员队伍的建设;建立完善的社区体育组织管理体制等相应对策,从而为我国全民健身运动进一步开展起到重大指导性意义.

Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Public Body - Building Campaign

This article is devoted to the study and analysis of the public body- building campaign by means of literature review, interview and investigation. The results show that the old and the young are more likely to attend the campaign than the middle aged ones; people are lack of consciousness of body- building; the government does little to the campaign; physical education tutors put less efforts on training and load intensity is not properly controlled. In order to solve these problems, the article comes up with the measures to improve people＇s consciousness, enhance the promotion for the public body-building campaign, provide facilities according to scientific development outlook, enlarge the number of social physical education tutors, and establish good community physical education organization system, etc. It is hoped that all the above- mentioned measures will offer some significant guiding principles for the public body - building campaign.
