| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了信息技术与教育的整合的三个阶段及其对教师素质的要求，分析了现阶段信息技术与教育整合培训中存在的问题和国际上教师培训模式的变化，提出了一种促进信息技术与教育整合的教师培训模式：反思锯齿型整合培训模式。
