表面品格振动的高分辨电子能量损失谱研究

摘    要:阐述了利用高分辨电子能量损失谱(HREELS)研究表面晶格振动的原理和方法,结合2种不同类型的半导体GaAs(110)和Si(111)表面声子谱的实验观察,讨论了表面声子谱的特征。确定了GaAs(110)剖理面在液氦温度下及Si(111)剖理面在室温下的表面声子能量分别为35.6和56meV,其1次增值峰对损失峰的相对强度分别为0.002和0.1。

Abstract:Principle and method of HREELS study on vibration of surface lattice are given. Based on experimental observations of surface phonons on GaAs(110)and Si(111) the characteristics of surface phonons are discussed. Loss peak at 35.6meV and 56meV are observed on the cleaved GaAs(110) surface at liguid He temperature and on the cleaved Si(111) surface at room temperature respectively. The relative intensity of single gain peak to loss peak is found to be 0.002 and 0.1 respectively.
