摘    要:利用浸渍法制备Pd/C催化剂,通过正交试验确定了催化剂的最佳制备条件:浸渍吸附温度313K,吸附时间6.0h,还原剂量10倍于理论用量,还原温度353K,还原介质pH值为8.0,还原时间2.0h.所得催化剂在温度328K、压力0.3MPa、反应时间2.0h的情况下,丙二烯磷酸转化为丙烯磷酸的转化率为52.58%,工业用Pd/C催化剂在同样的反应条件下测得转化率为48.96%.通过正交试验制备的最佳催化剂表现出较好的催化活性,并对催化剂进行了XRD、H2-TPR和比表面测定,初步解释了催化剂活性与结构之间的关系.

Abstract:Cis-l-propenyl phosphonic acid is a kind of medicine intermediate in the synthesis of phosphonomycin. Pd/C is the catalyst in the preparation from 1, 2-propadienyl-phosphonic acid to cis-1-propenyl phosphonic acid. The catalysts have been prepared by immersion method and the activity of the catalysts depends on several factors. The optimum preparation conditions have been confirmed that the adsorption temperature is 313 K, the adsorption time is 6.0 h, the reductant consumption is ten-time level, the reducing temperature is 353 K, the reducing pH is 8.0, and the reducing time is 2.0 h. The activities on the catalyst have been measured at 328 K, 0.3 MPa for 2.0 hours. The reaction conversion of 1, 2-propadienyl-phosphonic acid can be up to 52.58 %. In addition, The relation between the activity and the microscopic structure of the catalysts has been investigated by XRD, H2-TPR and BET.
