颤音载波PWM逆变技术研究

摘    要:通过对PWM逆变器驱动交流电动机时噪声形成过程的分析,阐明了噪声频谱与PWM载波频率的关系,提出了采用颤音手段扩展噪音频谱的方法,给出了实现颤音载波技术的电路设计、仿真和分析结果.实验证明,由PWM逆变器供电的电动机产生的噪声可从单调尖锐的噪声转化为易与背景噪声相融合的杂音,减轻了对工作环境的危害.

Abstract:By the noise analysis on a three-phase AC motor driven by a PWM inverter, the relations between the frequency spectrum of noise and carrier frequency of the PWM inverter are discussed. The method for expanding the noise frequency spectrum by means of vibrato is proposed. The circuit design, simulation and analysis of the vibrato technique are presented. Test results show that the technique proposed makes it possible for the noise in a three-phase AC motor driven by the PWM inverter to become gentle and low.
