| 摘 要： | 本文选用黄连素治疗多种原因所致的过早搏动８９例为研究对象，黄连素用量为０．３～０．６ｇ，每日４次，３０天为一疗程。每天检测心电图，且同时积极治疗原发疾病。治疗室性早搏有效率为７１．４％，房性早搏有效率为８７．５％，房室连接区早搏有效率为８１．３％，总有效率为７８．７％。室上性早搏有效率高于室性早搏。且该药副作用小，可较长期使用

| Abstract: | Berberine is used to treat premature beat in 89 cases. The dosage is 0.3-0.6 g, 4 times a day and 30 days as one therapeutic course. A ECG test is taken every day while the primary diseases are actively treated. The effective rates of treating ventricular premature beat, auriculo-premature beat and junctional prematrue beat are 71.4%, 87.5% and 81.3% respectively. The gross effective rate is 78.7%. The rate of Supra-ventriculare premature beat is higher than that of ventricular premature beat.This drug has no any side effects and is safe for long-term administration. |
