脯氨酰胺催化的不对称直接Aldol反应

摘    要:Boc保护的L-脯氨酸与Suzuki偶联得到的联苯衍生的胺化合物反应,经过脱去Boc保护基得到脯氨酰胺催化剂,该催化剂与三氟乙酸组合可有效的催化芳香醛和酮的不对称直接Aldol反应,最高得到了91%的产率和87%的对映体过量值.

Abstract:An enantioselective Aldol reaction was catalyzed by prolinamide derived from the Boc protected L-proline and 2'-aminobiphenyl-2-ol.20 mol % of the catalyst in combination with 5 mol % of trifluoracetic acid which was found to be effective catalyst in the direct aldol reaction of ketones with aldehydes,affording the coreesponding product in the yield of up to 91% and good enantioselectivity up to 87% ee.
