水射流切割粘弹性药柱的仿真研究

摘    要:针对要求安全性高的水射流切割药柱操作,研究了如何安全有效的切割清除固体火箭发动机药柱问题。为改善和优化影响切割效果和安全性的射流器工艺参数,提出了基于LS-DYNA软件对五种不同条件下水柱冲击药柱的仿真方案。通过分析,得出水射流切割药柱的机理和合理的切割工艺参数。结果表明,喷口直径越大,导致切割深度越大但对药柱表面压强影响不明显。射流速度越大,导致切割深度越大并且药柱表面压强也越大。采取倾斜切割方式为佳。验证了仿真方案的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:According to the water jet cutting operation requiring high safety, this paper studied the issue that how to remove the solid rocket motor propellant safely and effectively. To improve and optimize the jet device parameters impacting cutting efficacy and safety, this paper proposed five different simulations basing on ls-dyna software, Through the analysis, we attained the water jet cutting propellant mechanism and the reasonable cutting process parameters. , the results show that the bigger of spout diameter, the bigger cutting depth is but the change of surface pressure is not obvious; the bigger of jet velocity, the bigger cutting depth is and the pressure on the surface of the propellant is bigger also; Take inclined cut way is preferred. Proving the simulation scheme validity and practicability
