安全工程专业建设创新措施及成果分析

结合华北科技学院安全工程专业创新团队建设的具体实践，对提高师资队伍整体实力、充分调动学生积极性，在做好教师之间有机结合、课程之间有机结合、专业教研室与实验室有机结合、教学与科研有机结合、专业教师与辅导员有机结合、实验教学与实践性教学有机结合等方面取得的一些成绩进行了系统的总结。明确了专业建设目标，规范了专业建设内容和要求，提出了专业建设的具体方案，对已经取得的成果进行了总结，并对未来几年的创新成果进行了预测。

Analysis on Innovative Measures and Achievements for Safety Engineering Speciality Construction

Basing on the practice of Innovative Team Constructing for Safety Engineering major in North China Institute of Science And Technology （NCIST） , this thesis analyzes the function of some integrating factors concerned with teachers＂ ability and students＇enthusiasm improving, These integrating factors include inter-teacher, inter-course, teaching＆research section between laboratory, teaching between research, teacher between school counselor, experiment teaching between practice teaching and so on, With definite guidance to construct the major and academic team, the thesis concludes the practice achievements. For the major constructing, it makes clear the target, claims the content and demand, gives specific plan and predicts the innovative resuh in the future.
