滇南风吹楠的化学成分研究

利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱对滇南风吹楠70%(体积分数)丙酮提取物进行分离纯化,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定,从该提取物中共分离鉴定了6个化合物,包括4个木脂素和2个甾体类化合物,它们分别为dextrobursehernin(1),(2R,3S,4R)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-3-hydroxymethyltetrahydrofuran(2),(2R,3S,4R)-4-(3,4-dimethoxy-benzyl)-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-hydroxymethyltetrahydrofuran(3),4,4’-dimethylsecoisolariciresinol(4),胡萝卜苷(5)和β-谷甾醇(6).化合物1~5均数首次从该植物中分离得到.

Chemical constituents in the twigs and leaves of Horsfieldia tetratepala

This research focused on the chemical constituents of Horsfieldia tetratepala. From the 70% acetone extract,six compounds were separated and purified by the column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by the means of spectroscopic analysis. These compounds were identified as dextrobursehernin( 1),( 2R,3S,4R)- 2-( 3,4- dimethoxyphenyl)- 4-( 4- hydroxy- 3- methoxy- benzyl)- 3- hydroxymethyltetrahydrofuran( 2),( 2R,3S,4R)- 4-( 3,4- dimethoxybenzyl)- 2-( 4- hydroxy- 3- methoxyphenyl)- 3- hydroxymethyltetrahydrofuran( 3),4,4'- dimethylse- coisolariciresinol( 4),daucossterol( 5),and β- sitosterol( 6). Compoun 1- 5 were obtained faom Honsfiedia tetnatepala for the finst time.
