钢-砼组合连续梁-V腿连续刚构桥施工阶段受力性能研究

摘    要:钢-砼组合连续梁-V腿连续刚构桥是主梁为钢-砼组合结构、由V形墩连续刚构桥和连续梁组合形成的新型桥梁结构体系。它既有组合连续梁的结构特点与受力特征,又有V腿刚构桥的结构特点与受力特征。但是这种新桥梁结构体系的研究还相对减少。钢-混组合连续梁桥-V腿连续刚构桥的受力性能与施工过程密切有关。本文围绕国内首座钢-混组合连续梁-V腿连续刚构桥,以弹性理论为基础,结合结构特点和施工工艺,建立了考虑施工过程的全桥有限元分析模型,对分析研究了大桥各个主要施工阶段主梁的受力性能,并模拟与分析了该桥的顶推施工过程,分析了施工工艺对全桥纵向桥面板以及钢梁受力的影响。

Abstract:Steel-concrete composite continuous beam V-leg continuous rigid frame bridge is a new type of bridge structure composed of V-shaped pier continuous rigid frame bridge and continuous beam. It has the mechanical characteristics of both composite continuous beam and V-leg rigid frame bridge. However, the research on this new structure is relatively less. The finished state of steel-concrete composite continuous girder bridge is related to the construction process. This paper focuses on the first steel-concrete composite continuous beam-v-leg continuous rigid frame bridge in China. Based on the elastic theory, combined with the structural characteristics and construction technology, the finite element analysis model of the whole bridge considering the construction stage is established. The initial stress state of the main beam in each main construction stage is analyzed, and the launching construction process of the bridge is simulated and analyzed In the stress state and deflection of each construction stage, the influence of construction technology on the longitudinal deck and steel beam of the whole bridge is discussed.
