| 摘 要： | 对于小米手机的质量是否如期所遇,满意度在何种水平,考虑影响手机满意度的主要影响因素,采用对偶比较法来确定小米手机质量评价影响中的各个因素的权重,建立一种模糊综合评判模型,分别求出它们的满意度值,调查此类产品的市场满意度.

| Abstract: | With a consideration of the quality of the Millet mobile phone,this paper studies the major influencing factors of its satisfaction levels. It uses the paired comparison to determine the weight of each factor in the quality evaluation and establishes an integrated fuzzy evaluation model for obtaining its satisfaction value as well as its market satisfaction levels. |
