“证”“症”“征”在医学科技期刊中的误用分析

以“禁忌证”“禁忌症”“适应证”“适应症”“综合征”“综合症”为关键词在中国知网检索相关文献,经过计量分析发现,“禁忌证”“禁忌症”主要分布在外科学、临床医学、妇产科学及预防医学与卫生学等学科,“适应证”“适应症”主要分布在外科学、临床医学、妇产科学及预防医学与卫生学等学科,“综合征”“综合症”主要分布在外科学、临床医学、内分泌腺及全身性疾病、妇产科学等学科。广大科研工作者和科技期刊编辑应明辨“症”“证”“征”的异同。

Analysis of Misuse with “Disease Pattern”, “Symptome” and “Sign” from Medical Journals

Based on analyzing the application example of “ disease pattern”, “ symptome” and “ sign” from medical journals, we discussed the misuse of “contraindication”, “indication” and “syndrome”. The misuses of contraindication are mainly occurred in surgery, clinical medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology , preventive medicine and hygiene. The misuses of indication are mainly distributed in surgery, phymatology, pharmacy, clinical medicine. The misuses of syndrome are mainly distributed in surgery, clinical medicine, endocrine gland and systemic disease, obstetrics and gynecology. So researchers and editors should distinguish the difference between the “disease pattern”,“symptome” and “sign”.
