| 摘 要： | 益母草碱是唇型科益母草属植物中含有的生物碱,是益母草中具有活血化淤、抑制血小板聚集等主要有效成分之一;本文中以丁香酸为原料,用醋酐进行乙酰化、酰氯化、盖布瑞尔等六步反应得到益母草碱,总收率为18.95%。

| Abstract: | Leonurine is a kind of alkaloid which is one of main availability components in Leonurus japonicus Houtt and can be used to activating blood circulation to distate blood stasis and inhibit blood platelet aggregation et al.Leonuine was synthesized from syringic acid by acetylation,reaction with SOCl_ 2,Gabriel reaction et al,total yield is 18.95%. |
