摘    要:创新能力的培养是高等职业学院实施素质教育的灵魂,通过构建竞赛培养项目、订单式培养项目、示范生培养项目、实践创新能力培养项目四个不同层次创新能力培养项目,既能激发学生的学习兴趣,又能具有起点低、层次多、全面提高的特点,起到拔尖、促中、补差的作用,突出培养学生的创新精神、创新能力和实践能力,促进学生均衡和谐发展。
