商品混凝土收缩应力试验研究

摘    要:针对商品混凝土早期弹性模量是个变量,难以通过测其收缩应变直接得出收缩应力这一问题,提出了收缩应力的计算方法.通过量测81个配筋试件和素混凝土试件,从拆模起到180 d龄期内的收缩值,得到其各自的收缩应变.素混凝土试件可以自由收缩;配筋试件由于钢筋的约束,不能自由收缩,导致配筋试件比素混凝土试件收缩应变要小.利用配筋试件与素混凝土试件的收缩应变差值和钢筋混凝土间的拉压平衡条件,推导给出商品混凝土收缩应力计算公式和收缩应力时随曲线,并对收缩应力的影响因素进行了分析.

Abstract:Early age elastic modulus of commercial concrete is a variable,so it is impossible to infer shrinkage stress directly from its shrinkage strain.A calculation method for shrinkage stress is proposed in this paper.Through the measurement of 81 commercial reinforced concrete and plain concrete shrinkage samples from removal of shuttering till 180 d age,various shrinkage strain were obtained.Plain concrete specimens could shrink freely,while reinforced concrete specimens could not.So,the shrinkage strain of reinforced concrete specimens was smaller than that of plain concrete specimens.Based on the dispersion of shrinkage strain between reinforced concrete and plain concrete specimens,as well as the equilibrium condition between concrete tension and reinforcement compression,the shrinkage stress calculation formula and shrinkage stress-time curve of commercial concrete are proposed.In addition,influential factors of shrinkage stress are analyzed.
