Analysis on the Functions of the Labor Union in Promoting Enterprise's Democratic Management

Along with the development of market economy,enterprise that wants to elopement and strengthen the core competitiveness of its own must arouse workers＇ enthusiasm and creativity adequately.This paper analyzes the importance of workers＇democratic management under the condition of modern enterprise system,probes into the responsibilities of the labor union in workers＇democratic management under the condition of modern enterprise system and the challenges faced by the labor union in the period of market economy,and puts forward some measures for strengthening the construction of the labor union.
