| 摘 要： | 目的:分析脐带囊肿的声像图特点,提高对该病的认识.方法:回顾性分析9例脐带囊肿的临床及声像图表现.结果:9例囊肿均为单发,其中5例位于胎儿侧,4例位于胎盘侧;均表现为低回声、边界清晰的囊性肿块.结论:超声是观察和诊断脐带囊肿最有价值的影像学方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyse the ultrasonographic characteristic of umbilical cord cyst and to deepen the recongnization of the disease.Methods: The clinical and ultrasonic features in 9 pa-tients with umbilical cord cyst were reviewed.Results: Umbilical cord cysts were present in 9 of the 1009 pregnancies.5 cases were located near the fetus and 4 cases near the placenta.All cases revealed single,well-defined and cystic masses with hyperechogencity.Conclusion: Ultrasound is the most valuable imaging methods for diagnosing umbilical cord cyst. |
