基于动态特性的新能源挖掘机电池组参数匹配

摘    要:作为新能源动力挖掘机的动力来源,电池组的性能及合理匹配程度对动力系统及整机性能都有显著影响。基于电池动态特性对挖掘机电池组进行匹配设计,分析了动力电池的放电特性与寿命特性。通过单体电池不同倍率下的放电曲线辨识其Peukert参数,在工况已知的情况下采取工况等效电流,根据Peukert方程实现电池组的参数匹配。最后对日立ZX—70—5A挖掘机进行匹配计算,并进行实验,验证了该匹配方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:As the power source of the new energy excavator, the characteristics and the matching degree of the battery pack have a significant impact on the power system and the overall performance. Based on battery dynamic characteristics,a method is proposed to design the battery pack for new energy excavator which analyzes the discharge characteristics and life characteristics of power batteries.The Peukert parameters are identified by discharge experiments.?Meanwhile, the equivalent current of the working condition is adopted in Peukert equation to realize the matching of the battery pack. Ultimately,theoretical matching calculation are carried out by taking the Hitachi ZX-70-5A excavator as an example and?validity of the proposed method is verified by experiment.
