| 摘 要： | 新农村建设对农村居民点用地规划提出更高的要求．本文以山东省招远市为例，选取678个行政村中的881个评价单元，采用专家集成法确定了lO个影响因子，并运用层次分析法为农村居民点居住适宜性现状建立评价指标体系，进而推求出各评价因子权重．运用GIS空间分析方法及相对值法对农村居民点的居住适宜性分别进行单指标分析和综合评价，将居住适宜性分为四个等级，其中有77个行政村的居住适宜性极差．最后，采用人均居民点用地标准测算法计算14乡镇农村居民点用地整理潜力，结果表明，整理潜力很大，总计1403．67公顷．本文探讨了农村居民点的居住适宜性，并进行了整理潜力分析，为招远市农村居民点用地规划提供一定的决策支持． |
