| 摘 要： | 在我国煤矿行业,长壁工作面壁后膏体充填采矿技术应用较晚,许多充填工艺和技术仍处于研究探索阶段。同时,由于所用膏体充填材料质量浓度较高,可达到80%左右,充填过程中管路清洗不彻底极易导致发生堵管事故。针对以上问题,结合岱庄煤矿管路充填开采实际,利用充填管路高差及冲洗水的重力势能,提出了一种可行、高效、安全的充填管路清洗技术。实践证明,该技术解决了制约膏体充填开采的管路清洗不彻底的难题,可以克服充填管路曲折、变坡的情况,促进了充填工作的开展。
