连香树属、水青树属和领春木属的过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了连香树属、水青树属和领春木属的过氧化物酶同工酶.实验表明:种(属)内同一器官酶谱比较稳定,三种(属)酶谱间存在明显差异,即酶谱具种(属)专一性,可供分类学鉴别使用.三种(属)间存在相同的特征酶类,支持传统分类的三属间有一定亲缘关系的观点.连香树雌、雄株相应枝条的酶谱无规律性变化,说明用此法不能鉴别连香树植株的性别.

Abstract:Isozymes of peroxidase of three genera Cercidiphyllum,Tetracentron and Euptelea were analyzed by means of polycrylamide gel electrophoresis. Experimental evidences indicate(1)the zymograms of each genus are relatively stable,and displag the species-specificity.(2)each genus is characterised by specific bands.Therefore,peroxidase isozyme pattern can be used as a taxonomical character to distinguish between three genera.(3) every genus shares several bands,indicating that a far relationship isozyme among them exists and each genus is a isolated type.(4)the peroxidase patterns of the specise C.japonicum Sieb.et Zucc.are not sexassoiated.It is believed that peroxidase isozyme zymogram can not be used as a biochemical test to distinguish the sex of individual plant in C.japonicum Sieb.et Zucc.
