壳聚糖脱乙酰度的计算

摘    要:提出应由壳聚糖中氨基质量分数或自由氨基质量分数来计算壳聚糖脱乙酰度。y表示壳聚糖脱乙酰度,x表示氨基质量分数或自由氨基质量分数,理论计算公式分别为:y=203.195x/(16.02262+0.42037x)、y=20.2021x/(16.02262+0.041794x),用计算机拟合,得到以上两式的拟合方程式:y=0.01553+12.64534x-0.31447x2+0.00546x3、y=0.01553+1.25722x-0.00311x2+5.36265×10-6x3,两方程相关系数R均为1,标准偏差均为0.00663。由拟合方程计算出壳聚糖脱乙酰度,能准确地反映出壳聚糖的实际脱乙酰化程度。

Abstract:The formulae of the deacetylating degree of chitosan are given by: y=203.195x/(16.022 62+0.420 37x),y=20.202 1x/(16.022 62+0.041 794x)(theoretical equations) ;y=0.015 53+12.645 34x-0.314 47x2+0.005 46x3,y=0.015 53+1.257 22x-0.003 11x2+5.362 65×10-6x3 (fit equations),where y is degree of deacetylation, and x is mass fraction of amino in the first equation or percent of free amino of chitosan in the second . The coefficient of determination is 1 and standard deviation is 0.006 63. The calculated value of degree of deacetylation reflects the deacetylating degree of chitosan molecular accurately.
