POSS和PS/POSS共聚物的合成及表征

摘    要:通过“顶角 戴帽”法合成了一种带双键的单官能团笼型倍半硅氧烷纳米粒子(POSS),对其结构进行了表征;再利用双键可反应的化学特性,用自由基聚合制备出聚苯乙烯(PS)/POSS共聚物,研究了共聚物的结构、热性能及POSS纳米粒子在PS基体中的分散情况。实验结果表明, POSS粒子容易自组装成直径6~8nm的纳米微球,这些微球均匀分散在PS基体中;POSS纳米粒子的加入阻碍了PS的链段运动,从而使得PS/POSS共聚物的玻璃化温度比纯PS提高了10℃以上。

Abstract:A new kind of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS-allyl) was synthesized by the corner-capping reaction between the incompletely condensed silsesquioxane(cyclo-C5H9)7Si7O9(OH)3 and allyltrichlorosilane.The chemical structure of POSS-allyl was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and 29Si-NMR.A copolymer of styrene and POSS-allyl was prepared by a conventional free radical polymerization technique using AIBN as initiator.TEM studies indicated that POSS-allyl was well dispersed as microspheres(D=6-8 nm) in the...
