糖尿病合并冠心病无症状心肌缺血的动态心电图分析

目的 :探讨动态心电图监测糖尿病合并冠心病无症状心肌缺血的发生规律及特点。方法 :对 5 2例糖尿病合并冠心病患者采用 2 4小时动态心电图监测 ,观察ST段变化情况。结果 :记录到缺血性ST段改变 2 65阵 ,其中无症状者 2 3 6阵 ( 89.0 6% ) ;心肌缺血持续时间及缺血时心率两者的均值在有症状和无症状者中有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :糖尿病合并冠心病患者无症状心肌缺血和心植物神经病变的发生率高 ,动态心电图监测对早期诊断具有重要意义

The Dynamic Electrocardiogram Recordings Changes of Silent Myocardial Ischemia in Diabetes Mellitus Accompanied with Coronary Artery Disease

Objective: To study the dynamic electrocardiogram recordings (DCG) characteristics of silent myocardial ischemia in diabetes mellitus accompanied with coronary artery disease. Methods: The 52 patients were selected to receive the 24h DCG examination. Results: The records showed ischemia ST segment 265, including non-symptom 236( 89.06%);the time of myocardial ischemia and average heartbeats were definitely difference between the symptom and non-symptom of the patients (P< 0.01). Conclusion: Silent myocardial ischemia and vegetative nerve's pathological changes happen on the patients of diabetes mellitus accompanied with coronary artery disease with increasing frequency. The DCG is significant to the early diagnosis.
