1394总线多视觉传感器并行图像采集处理技术

摘    要:
文章在控制架构中,利用1394总线传输速度快的优点,把多传感器的控制信号网络与图像数据传输信号网络合而为一,简化了整个控制系统,并在DSP图像处理单元里采用了可编程的FLASH存储器。结果证明,该测量系统不仅能满足在线实时测量的要求,而且还具有很好的通用性,可满足不同被测对象的需要。

Abstract:
In this paper,the parallel image grabbing and processing technique of a multi-sensor visual measurement system that is controlled using the 1394 bus is investigated.In the control architecture,the high speed 1394 bus makes it practical to combine the control signal network and the image data transmission network,thus facilitating the whole control system.In the measurement system,each visual sensor is connected to a master computer by the 1394 bus through its own parallel image grabbing and processing subsystem with 1394 interfaces.In the DSP unit for image processing,a programmable flash memory is used.The multi-sensor visual measurement system is not only capable of on-line real-time measurement but also flexible for measuring different objects.
